I was seen on time at every visit and when plater casts needed removing or x-rays/CTs had to be taken, these were all organised very efficiently

They were really professional and I wasn’t feeling well and they were very kind and did the procedure very quickly and the results in my case were typed up immediately. So I highly recommend them.

The hospital is well presented with free tea/ coffee while waiting. The staff are kind and friendly and overall a great experience.

- The waiting rooms were very clean and had comfortable seating, and since it was a very hot day, having water available was a massive plus. - The receptionists and pre-registration staff were very professional and diligent in processing my documents - The ambience in general was very calm and not chaotic at all (complete opposite to my country) - The communication by the hospital staff before and after the appointment was always done in a secure manner and very professional. - The fees paid are very reasonable, considering the very high level of professional standards. - The fact that my whole family was able to enter for my appointment also made me feel very safe (in my country, only one person is allowed to attend) and all concerns were addressed during the consultation. - The appointment time was adhered to, which was a very big plus.

The room was nice and clean and the food was delicious. The staff mostly friendly and polite.
