Very calm and patient doctor. Explained me the procedure very nicely multiple times as I had come in for plunging ranula issue. Came to see me everyday in the hospital answered all my questions. His assistant is also brilliant. Highly recommended. Very knowledgeable.

I had a great experience with Professor Sandhu. I never felt rushed or unheard as he would always take the time to explain his opinion/findings, as well as the options available to me. He would also ensure any questions I had were answered in the appointment before any decision on next steps were made. We built trust very quickly considering when I first met with him I was quite nervous about my condition and what lay ahead. But he always reassured me and not by way of overpromising any particular outcome, which felt genuine and honest. The surgery was a success in the end and I'm so grateful for the improvements that have been made to my overall wellbeing!

A fantastic doctor. His friendly and welcoming attitude put me at ease from the first moments of my visit. Prof Andi had everything arranged so that we could review my X-rays together. After 15 minutes I had a clear understanding of the story told by my X-ray, even though I know nothing about medicine. Dr Toh was very thorough and reassuring. He took the time to explain the reasons for all the symptoms and asked the right questions to find out more about my health. Very professional. I was previously told by another doctor my symptoms were due to sinusitis, but Dr Toh was able to explain what the real issue was.
