Professional, super slick, super clean and friendly

The hospital is clean, not too crowded. However, seems like there’s either no AC or it was broken, so it was quite hot. Most of the staff were professional and nice.

I had a very good experience, the medical and non-medical staff were very attentive.

Easy to navigate, helpful and friendly staff, complimentary drinks.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.
