Very clean hospital, polite staff, good standard of meals served. I’ve been dealt with without any unnecessary delays.

The Vesey hospital is clean, well lit and inviting. The staff was kind and friendly, our only concern was the wait time as we had arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment but the consultant was not made aware until I asked nearly 10 minutes after our appointment time.

Cannot fault my visits associated with hip replacement (Feb 2023) and recent knee replacement.

Excellent care and I felt well informed at every stage of treatment.

Overall my experience with HCA was ok - especially the care side which was friendly and effective, but the admin side was less efficient, particularly in terms of clarity in pricing and payment processes which seemed complex and uncoordinated.

All good except they sent me home with dressing that were not big enough to cover the scar and after surgery I was sent to reception without accompaniment and I had to carry my own bag.
