Excellent all round

The HCA UK at The Shard is a good location to get to. The facilities are excellent too. The hospital is very clean and all the staff at the Shard are very professional and polite. All my appointments there have been on time and I have always had a good experience.

My visit with Mr Patani this time was to get the results of my contrast mammogram. He gave me the results in a telephone consultation. He had time to discuss the results which I am delighted to say were excellent. In the past I have always seen him at the Breast Institute at Princess Grace and each time it has been a very positive experience.

Efficient clean and welcoming hospital and stuff

- The waiting rooms were very clean and had comfortable seating, and since it was a very hot day, having water available was a massive plus. - The receptionists and pre-registration staff were very professional and diligent in processing my documents - The ambience in general was very calm and not chaotic at all (complete opposite to my country) - The communication by the hospital staff before and after the appointment was always done in a secure manner and very professional. - The fees paid are very reasonable, considering the very high level of professional standards. - The fact that my whole family was able to enter for my appointment also made me feel very safe (in my country, only one person is allowed to attend) and all concerns were addressed during the consultation. - The appointment time was adhered to, which was a very big plus.

I found the staff helpful attentive and very concerned it was all very reassuring.

They were really professional and I wasn’t feeling well and they were very kind and did the procedure very quickly and the results in my case were typed up immediately. So I highly recommend them.
