After going through a mastectomy and a failed implant through another surgeon, I came to see Mr Ramsey to try and find a solution for the long term. Mr Ramsey gave me the confidence and reassurance from our first meeting and I am pleased to say he delivered exceptional results - and surpassed my expectations. He is extremely calm and patient and he made the whole experience positive and focused on my wishes and getting me back to where I was before the diagnosis. I am over the moon with the results of my breast augmentation. Prior to the op I was so nervous but Mr James made me feel completely at ease and comfortable. Once the procedure was done I couldn’t believe that I wasn’t in any pain at all, it was more discomfort if anything, for which I stopped using painkillers completely on day 3 post op.
