Wow what can I say, right from the very first time I spoke to Andrew I felt at ease. After a 15 min mini phone consultation I knew he was who I wanted to do my procedure, I then had my face to face consultation in which he showed me exactly what he was going to do and what the end result would hopefully look like. I've had my dressings removed today and I cant keep the smile off my face. The experience I had with Dr Chakravorty was outstanding, he was really good with explaining exactly what was going to happen and answered all of my questions in an easy to understand way. My consultations never felt rushed and I got the impression he really cares for his patients. I would 100% recommend Dr Chakravorty and his team to anyone that needed his service, I can't fault him at all

Dr Lobo was incredibly professional, knowledgable and informative. She explained in great detail how to manage the aftercare. I was also very impressed on how her approachable she was in the consultation.
