From start to finish I felt heard and comfortable. The procedure was explained well both positives and negatives were covered. Psychological evaluation was carried out due to my age and I felt reassured that proper care was being taken with regards to my mental health and my reasons for surgery. On the day of surgery, I was very well looked after by all members of staff. Follow up care was excellent and overall I am very happy with my results. Would recommend.

Wow what can I say, right from the very first time I spoke to Andrew I felt at ease. I had wonderful surgical attention from Professor Malata for a cut out of a BCC. on my left forearm and a punch biopsy on my forehead ably supported by his nursing assistant Jenny. What a wonderful partnership they make! Michele should also be commended for her swift appointment arrangements. Three cheers to everyone!
