Very good, no waiting at all really, 5-10 minutes max.

Contrast effect but one nurse in after-care was pretty abrupt. No big deal but stood-out compared to colleagues who were all excellent.

The staff at this hospital are incredibly friendly and make you feel completely reassured and at ease in an otherwise stressful time. This can be said from the pre-operative assessment with the Nurses right through to my admission and stay in the hospital. When I got to the hospital, I was met at the door and my bag was carried to my room; I felt like I’d checked into a hotel! The nurses were attentive and checked on me throughout the morning until my operation. My room was very clean and comfortable. Theatre staff too were all incredibly friendly and I went from feeling very anxious to completely comfortable in the minutes before my operation. The food when I got back and the next morning was brilliant and there was a great variety to choose from. Any outpatient appointments to follow up were all great and I never had to wait too long at these.

Could not have received better treatment. All my questions answered and any concerns addressed fully.

Google maps took me to the wrong location. Booking in process should be considered in advance of the appointment to save time
