As soon as my daughter met Professor Bruce she wasn’t nervous and fully understand what was going to happen and why. On the day of her tonsillectomy he talked to us all ensuring we understand the next steps and my daughter was totally comfortable, the procedure and after care was wonderful and she is already almost fully recovered . Wonderful bedside manner, service and obviously very skilled. So glad that he was able to help my daughter and in such quick timescales can’t thank him enough

This halted life debilitating symptoms i had been experiencing for the previous 7 weeks within days. A positive experience as a patient end to end.
