I have had several consultations, an MRI scan and surgery there and throughout it all I was welcomed by a friendly team who took time to explain things to me. The HCA UK at The Shard is a good location to get to. The facilities are excellent too. The hospital is very clean and all the staff at the Shard are very professional and polite. All my appointments there have been on time and I have always had a good experience.
