Mr Whittaker was very clear in explaining both the process of treatment as well as the diagnosis of my ear problem. I felt he listened well and allowed me plenty of time to ask all my questions so I didn't feel rushed. I was nervous and tense when initially attending the hospital appointment and he put me at ease, calmly and compassionately. I found him to be both approachable and professional.

From the first appointment, Mr Manjaly was kind, clear and gave me every opportunity to ask questions as well as space to consider my options.
