Living Mind is a very welcoming place , clean and peaceful. Ones you step in you can sense a feeling of peace and warmth. All the staff from there are kind and supportive. The waiting area is very relaxing and nice decorated.

I recently had the pleasure of using Harley Row Clinic’s online services, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. One aspect that stood out to me was the convenient payment structure. Splitting the cost into two payments for each assessment made it much more manageable for me financially. From the start, the person handling emails was incredibly polite and helpful. They provided comprehensive information without overwhelming me and always responded in a timely manner. This level of service was consistent and reassuring throughout my experience. After my session, I had a clear understanding of my ADHD diagnosis, what to do next, and a rough timeline. Very friendly staff

Dr Bloomfield is great to work with. He and his staff are all extremely kind and friendly. With their help I have managed to regain my life. I have always been supported when needed. And when in crisis have had the best help anyone could wish. Without this experience I would not be enjoying life in the way I am capable now.

Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.
