Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

first time i gone private . i was very well looked after .what i wanted or needed was no trouble . the room was very clean and roomy.thr hoisiptal overall was very clean nd modern . the food was very nice . all the staff looking after me were very good and i wanted for nothing .

I haven't had to reach out to them for anything as it's easy to access everything online, including reports and invoicing. The email notifications are also great for keeping track of important dates.

Dr Jeczmien is a wonderful, kind, compassionate and brilliant psychiatrist. After misdiagnoses by 2 other psychiatrists and little progress over many years, I was blessed to find Dr Jeczmien and things finally make sense. I better understand what I am dealing with and why, and can now get the treatment I need and start my healing journey with the full support of this amazing clinic.
