It is a delight to use The Harrow Health Care Centre, they are a very well organised, efficient practice both for in-person and telephone appointments. Dr Jane Woyka is a caring, highly knowledgeable and dedicated doctor who really listens and offers excellent advice and treatment. I am so pleased I found her several years ago. She has always offered fantastic care. Highly recommended overall.

Basuto Medical Centre provide an absolutely exceptional service.

All staff I met were very friendly, polite and professional. However I was surprised to be told the results of my MRI by email, that I had arthritis and bulging discs in my back. I would have expected a phone call at least, preferably another appointment to discuss the findings and so I could see the images of my back. When I asked if I could see the images or possibly have an appointment I was told to contact the MRI department myself to request the results on a disc. Another issue was that I had to email twice and it took two weeks for a prescription to be sent to me. When my blood results showed I had high cholesterol, I was referred to a leaflet, instead of having a discussion. This lack of personal service in the aftercare surprised me.
