I very much like this hospital. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes and the staff are always pleasant. The hot chocolate machine is a lovely additiona and the specialists are world class.

One appointment I had to wait 40 mins - staff shortages. Apart from that appointments were processed promptly

I was made to feel comfortable and everything was explained clear to me . I was made to feel at ease and everyone was very supportive and kind.

My wait time for surgery was so quick, all the relevant staff prepped me and got me ready for surgery and it was very professional . My nurse was especially kind and the anaesthetist made me laugh which helped ease my nerves.
