Initially I went to see Mr Arun Prasath Shanmuganandan when I discovered my hemorrhoids was not improving. Dr Arun was so professional and knowledgeable but above all he made me feel very comfortable. He was very calm and understanding. He took his time with the assessment and was very meticulous. The treatment he suggested was very effective and made a swift recovery. During the consultation he discovered there is a family history with bowel cancer and he strongly advised for a colonoscopy which my GP never picked on. Dr Arun was very proactive and got everything organized for me. The colonoscopy very smoothly and I did not felt anything, I guess this must be down to his experience and knowledge. Two polyps was removed send to the lab and Dr Arun gave me the all clear during the follow up. I felt very safe at all time in his care. I highly recommend Dr Arun, he is an expert in his field.

Nung was incredibly reassuring and knowledgeable. The thing that struck me most was how willing she was to sit and explain things to me so that I can understand it, writing notes and then sharing them with Mr afterwards. The next steps are incredibly clear to me. My appointment with Miss Nung was gave me the most clarity and help out of any appointments I've had with a medical professional before.

Mr Abdelhamid is an excellent surgeon with a charming demeanour that makes the patient feel confident and comfortable with him. His explanions from consultation to pre- and post- surgery confirm his skills,experience and knowledge of the condition that he is dealing with. I could not have chosen a better surgeon to deal with the vascular problems I had with my leg and foot. Amazing bed side manners ,very kind and very considerate and patient in dealing with my questions throughout my dealings with him. I had no doubts about him as the surgeon of my choice. A truly professional service offered by a highly qualified, experienced surgeon. The consultancy process from end to end (from diagnosis to post procedure) was very clear and very efficient with the best possible options provided.
