Majority of the team (nursing, hospitality & cleaning) were brilliant during my stay following the operation. I felt well looked after. Unfortunately my discharge felt a bit rushed, to the point I felt that I was an inconvenience. The handover of medication was given prior to my partner's arrival which meant he didn't have chance to ask questions about my ongoing care & medication

We arrived two hours early, by mistake, but Linda (receptionist, PP) was brilliant in rescheduling my 5 appointments. She was friendly, attentive and efficient, a credit to your superb team.

I felt comfortable and in safe hands at the hospital and prior to and post surgery. He is always professional in his manner and has a wealth of knowledge and experience.
