Mr Jayaram has treated my face, with multiple surgical procedures, including excisions of skin cancers (BCC & SCC) and an extensive (middle, tip, left and right side) nose excisions and reconstructive skin graft, using donor skin from my chest. The diagnosis, prognosis, options and potential outcomes, were all extensively offered and discussed with Mr Jayaram, with generous attention to detail, clarity and empathy along my patient journey. From the first consultation with Mr Elmiyeh I was extremely impressed by both his honesty and compassion. He is very thorough and I felt completely at ease and reassured. After having an in-depth consultation which involved Mr Elmiyeh looking at my 4 year old Daughter’s tonsils (which were touching) he recommended both a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy. Obviously, being a Mum; I was apprehensive about my Daughter having an operation but he quickly put my mind at ease. From the moment we walked in on the day of the operation, if you could say it was a wonderful experience it would have been. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel at ease and talked us through each stage. I was present when my Daughter was anaesthetised and also when she was waking up in recovery. She has had absolutely no problems since the operation, eating within a few hours and needing very little pain relief. Her recovery has been amazing. He has been proactive in keeping in contact with me and has gone above and beyond throughout. I can’t put into words how much this operation has changed our lives and can’t thank Mr Elmiyeh and all involved in her care enough. If you’re looking for an ENT Consultant/ Surgeon and want exceptional quality of care then look no further. Would very highly recommend. Thank you SO SO much!

I felt Mr Natt took the time to listen, spent time explaining the investigative steps and procedures as well having an empathetic approach.

Dr Anderson is the kindest most knowledge gastroenterologist. He listens to his patients and really cares about their health and their outcomes. He never rushes appointments and you always feel listened to. Without Dr Anderson my daughter would have no quality of life. When she met him she was bed bound and hospitalised in excruciating pain. He took on her care and ensured that she received appropriate tests to get to the right diagnosis. We continue to see Dr Anderson for his ongoing support and care. I cannot recommend him highly enough and as a family we are so grateful for the care he gave, and continues to give, our daughter.

Ms Rachmanidou come across as very experienced and professional. She takes her time to listen to concerns without dismissing them and explains why more tests might or might not be needed. We have been really satisfied with her.
