The team at the London hospital were all very welcoming and made me feel completely at ease prior to my surgery. They guided me fully through the pre-op, operation and post-op processes and were clear and detailed in my treatment plan post op. All areas of the hospital were immaculately clean. The Weston Eye Hospital is the only hospital in my experience, who gives the feeling that the first priority of the hospital is to treat your problem (and not to make sure I am going to pay)

The Portland Hospital gave me a first-class experience as a patient. My surgeon was exceptional, as was the anaesthetist. The care immediately pre- and post- op was the best possible. The nurses were wonderful: friendly, expert and highly attentive while also allowing some privacy as required. They could not have given me better care in any way. The hospital itself was a remarkably pleasant environment - my room and the whole ward was calm, well-designed and spotless. The food was very good indeed and the ambience was everything I had hoped for. I felt I was in the best possible place and my surgery there has had an excellent outcome.

This is the second operation I have had with Prof Imam and could not be happier. Exceptional! My physiotherapist in France told me you should congratulate your surgeon for the great work. Can not recommend more!
