The whole experience having surgery performed by Mr khazali and his entire team has been faultless. I felt in such safe hands and reassured at every step. The care at the Lister Hospital was excellent and follow up has been brilliant from phone calls from the nursing team and quick email responses from Mr Khazali when my GP had a query about ongoing medication. I recovered remarkably quickly from a complex operation which I’m sure is down to the surgeon’s skill and the care and advice I received.

His approach to explaining my medical condition and the necessary procedure was thorough and clear, which significantly helped to ease my anxieties. Mr Bhattacharejee didn't hesitate to go into detail about all the available options and the risks associated with each, ensuring that I was fully informed and comfortable with the decisions being made. What truly sets Mr Bhattacharejee apart is his remarkable ability to provide reassurance and calm. He consistently assured me that everything would be okay, which was incredibly comforting during a stressful time. His follow-up procedures are immaculate and extremely informative, always keeping me in the loop and ensuring that I felt well-supported throughout the entire process. Mr Mabrouk was fantastic, I was petrified of surgery but he put me at ease. His reassuring manner and information before surgery helped hugely. I was delighted to have had my hysterectomy carried out with only 3 tiny scars, despite a sizeable fibroid and “bulky” uterus. Thank you so much, my recovery has been pain free so far (I am 2 weeks post surgery and feel fantastic!)

Mr Kunde supported our journey from an early stage and was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout. A c section was required in the end, and at all times, we felt we were in incredibly safe hands.

Mr Sayasneh has been amazing and couldn't recommend him enough. After years of painful periods and not being given a solution or diagnosis despite scans on the NHS, he diagnosed me very quickly with endometriosis and helped me with a pain management plan and talked through fertility implications. He then went on to do a laparoscopy which was very successful, left minimal scaring and has turned my life around pain-wise. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good gynaecologist.

Felt very comfortable

My first consultation with Dr Yazbek took place over a year ago. During that meeting I received all the answers to my questions with regards to managing my situation with uterine fibroids. Dr Yazbek described clearly all available treatments to me, their benefits and potential risks. While still on the NHS waiting list, I have decided that I needed more urgent help as the fibroids were still growing and making my daily life rather difficult. Not only is Dr Yazbek, whom I chose to be my surgeon - a very skilled professional, but his way of communicating with a patient (calm, measured, empathetic and with great listening skills) make it very easy for me to recommend him to other patients.
