From the moment we spoke I felt really listened to, and he went to great care to map out my personal story, which I found really comforting, and set out a solution. When I visited Alam in person he was very kind to me. Clearly passionate about his work, he quickly and correctly identified what was the root of the problem and then went about very clearly explaining to me a recovery plan. I felt an improvement early on and over the next few weeks my symptoms got so much better. I’d recovered by the time we had our follow up weeks later but he’s made sure that I can reach out to him should any symptoms return. As I said, very happy to have been treated by Dr Alam Hannan.
