Great experience everyone was super friendly and helpful

My experience at Parkside was extremely positive. Due to issues with blood cancer, I required additional care both pre and post operation. The staff were up to speed with all my requirements, and took great care to ensure that the treatment I received was strictly in accordance with Mr Sturridge's instructions. The staff were curteous, friendly and efficient. The care I received and the food served were both excellent.

From arrival to departure all staff very warm and friendly , seem genuinely concerned with the welfare of all visitors.

Very good communication prior to and on the day of the operation apart from the receptionist. Post medication and sick leave were not delivered on time and I really struggled to get them. Post operation phone calls did not address my concerns such as dropping eyelid on the inside corner of right eye. Furthermore, I did not get the phone call six months after the op.

Overall experience with Vera Clinic was first class, Great communication from the first consultation right through to the operation.

Although busier these days the hospital experience was very good . The hospital staff were very pleasant .
