Dr. Yeh is is very patient person and tried his best to explain to me what my problem was and what would be the best solution for me. Everything was very clear after my second visit. He was also very professional in terms of what tests need to be done to identify the real problem causing my backpain. After seeing the results, referred me to a very good specialist for physical therapy. He is following up with me on a regular basis to make sure that I am getting better and my treatment goes well. I was suffering from severe right leg pain and had a consultation with Mr Langdon to help improve my symptoms. Mr Langdon immediately referred me for an MRI scan and explained the results of this clearly to me, helping me understand how a disc prolapse in my spine was causing my leg pain. He considered my personal circumstances in his recommendation of next steps which resulted in me having two epidural injections which temporarily removed my pain but as it returned I had a lumbar microdisectomy. Mr Langdon was extremely helpful in explaining the risks of the surgery and took the time to answer any questions I had. The surgery was successful and relieved me of my pain and the scar is nice and clean. I really appreciated how he visited me on the ward before and after my surgery to explain the process and answer any questions I had. I recommend Mr Langdon highly for his expertise and ability to explain. He gave me the confidence I needed and relieved me of my pain through the successful surgery. Thanks again for all your help!

I could not recommend Mr Mokawem enough after the treatment and care he has given me for my scoliosis. Every appointment we had, we are always approached with a reassuring and calm manner, and feeling fully informed on our possible options. We were meant to go ahead with surgery, yet after the Multi-Disciplinary Meeting took place, we were told that in my current position, they should not operate until further investigation had taken place. This just shows how incredible this team is, willing to postpone the surgery as something was not quite adding up. However, after thorough investigation, the surgery went ahead. He always left me choice throughout this process, listing all of the benefits and drawbacks of each stage. I was operated on at the RNOH, and almost every day, Mr Mokawem would come and see me. On around day 3, he came in and asked me if I wanted to stand and go for a short walk. I didn’t as this was one of the days I felt the most sore, but after some time chatting with him, he reassured me and supported me to push myself. I could not be more grateful for Mr Mokawem and his team’s care, and would highly recommend him to anyone! He has been hugely reassuring both to me and my parents.
