I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Lee's exceptional care and expertise. From the moment I met him, it was evident that he approached my case (disc herniation in c6/c7) with the utmost seriousness and compassion, treating me as if I were his own family member. After enduring months of debilitating pain and feeling dismissed by other medical professionals who deemed my condition as 'minor,' Dr. Lee's thorough evaluation revealed the gravity of my situation. Unlike previous experiences, Dr. Lee took the time to meticulously examine my MRIs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of my condition. His dedication extended beyond the initial consultation, as he frequently checked in to clarify treatment options, including the intricacies and potential risks associated with surgery. Navigating the intricacies of the medical system can be disheartening, particularly when the professionals you rely on for accurate guidance and empathetic care dismiss your experiences, leaving you to doubt your own pain and circumstances. Dr. Lee's unwavering commitment to his patients sets an extraordinary standard in an often impersonal environment. His thoroughness in pinpointing the root cause of my pain and presenting effective solutions has reignited my trust in medical care. While I hope to avoid further surgeries in the future, I take comfort in knowing that Dr. Lee will be my first choice if the need arises. For anyone grappling with back issues requiring surgical intervention, I wholeheartedly recommend entrusting their care to Dr. Lee. Thank you, Dr. Lee, for guiding me through this challenging journey. I eagerly anticipate reclaiming a life free from pain under your teams expert care!

Mr. Lee is a genius in my view.He has totally changed my life for the better. He is very careful to ensure that his patients fully understand all of the processes that they will be going through and he is keen to answer all questions fully. He is highly organised ,as are the members of his team,, which is extremely reassuring before , during and after surgery . On a personal level, he is extremely pleasant and shows a genuine concern for his patients and their families. For example, he visited me in my hospital room on a Saturday night as he had been working in the north of England for the previous two days. Also,he personally telephoned my wife as soon as he was out of theatre on both occasions , in order to keep her fully informed about how my surgery had gone. These actions speak volumes about his character. I cannot speak highly enough of Mr. Lee!

As a GP I want a specialist I can pick the phone up to to see or discuss a patient, and to give me advice as well to refer a patient to. Robert meets all of these and is very approachable. Patients give me excellent feedback and he is one of my go to spinal surgeons. He does not jump in, and puts patients at ease, taking his time to carefully explain treatment options. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
