Excellent. Reception very efficient and friendly. Doctor Buckman was very personable, and met all my needs thoroughly.

Dr Amber is brilliant, approachable, friendly, extremely on point and knowledgeable. She clearly cares deeply for what she is doing which shows through her manner and words.

It was as expected, but I didn't find the reception desk staff friendly which was slightly off putting.

Splitting the cost into two payments for each assessment made it much more manageable for me financially. From the start, the person handling emails was incredibly polite and helpful. They provided comprehensive information without overwhelming me and always responded in a timely manner. This level of service was consistent and reassuring throughout my experience. After my session, I had a clear understanding of my ADHD diagnosis, what to do next, and a rough timeline.
