I arrived early but no one had any problems with this. I had to wat a long time for me to be picked up but everybody was kind and friendly about me still being there. all the staff I had to do with were kind and helpful.

Very relieved to get a dental appointment with Ola, the day I rang. I was in a lot of discomfort, and it saved me days more.

The staff were very professional and friendly, made me feel at ease and welcome. My appointment was with Dr Shyamalan at 1.30pm, but a room wasn't available for my procedure until after 2pm....so a small wait time. Dr Shyalaman did keep me fully informed on timings and offered us drinks etc. The procedure was carried out with full details of what was happening all the way through, I really liked this. As a nervous patient it was good to have conversation.
