When it came to the surgery, I felt totally confident with Dr. Ghanem. He knew exactly what he was doing, and the results speak for themselves! I look and feel amazing. The care I got after the surgery was also fantastic. They made sure I was comfy and knew what to expect during my recovery. It made a big difference knowing they were there for me every step of the way. What I really loved about The Ghanem Clinic was how they treated me like a person, not just another patient. Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

We had a very positive experience. It's a very professional environment modern light and clean and the best of all was Mr Neddendorf. Very knowledgeable, gave us excellent information he's highly knowledgeable and competent in his field clearly a very good specialist as well as a very nice man. We were very pleased with our visit and delighted that we became aware of him and the clinic through the macular society video.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.
