Excellent experience with Lauren who really listened to my needs. Being able to spend time discussing menopause issues is so important as it affects everything you do. I would certainly recommend whether you need HRT or not.

I found the facility to be very welcoming, reception area light and airy. The staff with whom I engaged with were very helpful, informative and pleasant. I was regularly asked if I was ok and if I needed anything, from nurses, theatre assistants, kitchen staff etc.

I have been very impressed with Kingsbridge north west hospital and all the staff who work there. I had my initial appointment, my procedure as a day patient and follow up appointment and feel the care was second to none. Mr Darwish is professional, approachable and caring. I felt that I could ask anything no matter how trivial. The nursing and admin staff are very helpful , caring and friendly. I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who asks me. I’m a retired nurse and I thought the standard of care was excellent from start to finish.
