I attended a group consultation at Willow Health with three others, and it was both relaxing and enlightening. The session was an eye-opener, providing clarity on the current state of my body. I received personalized Hormone Replacement Therapy and a comprehensive action plan with lifestyle adjustments to alleviate my symptoms. I'm scheduled for a follow-up group session in a month, and I'm eager to see the progress we've all made with the changes and medications. I strongly recommend this clinic to any woman seeking guidance and answers regarding the changes our bodies undergo during that stage of life.

I was nervous to attend but shouldn't have been. Dr Colquhoun is so welcoming and easy to talk to. Lovely little group of 4 and I found it a relief to find I wasn't the only one struggling with some of the symptoms I have. Dr Colquhoun was very reassuring and is extremely knowledgeable in the field of peri-menopause/menopause. I found out lots of information I didn't know before. Highly recommend.

It was a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. I didn't feel rushed or anxious about whether I would be listened to. What I described was accepted and not judged. Having a group session was really enjoyable because I could relate to the other women's stories and it was nice being able to have a relaxed conversation about our situations. Lauren was superb and made me feel so human. She was kind, welcoming. Really took the time to advise and listen. I couldn't have asked for a better session.
