From the moment we walked in Dr Debi Ray was warm and welcoming. She took the time to talk to us and our son taking thorough notes on our concerns and health history. She was gentle with our son, and always made sure to explain and ask for consent during examination. We left feeling well cared for and confident that our son was given a clear treatment plan. Dr Anderson is the kindest most knowledge gastroenterologist. He listens to his patients and really cares about their health and their outcomes. He never rushes appointments and you always feel listened to. Without Dr Anderson my daughter would have no quality of life. When she met him she was bed bound and hospitalised in excruciating pain. He took on her care and ensured that she received appropriate tests to get to the right diagnosis. We continue to see Dr Anderson for his ongoing support and care. I cannot recommend him highly enough and as a family we are so grateful for the care he gave, and continues to give, our daughter.

Originally approached Lucy when I was suffering with Heartburn/Acid reflux on a daily basis. Lucy was professional and easy to communicate with from the outset. She made a number of suggestions which I incorporated immediately and started to see improvements more or less straight away. After just 4 sessions I was no longer regurgitating at nighttime and the acid reflux continued to improve. Importantly for me, Lucy helped me identify health and life style changes I needed to make and I am working on these each day. I can not recommend Lucy more. Thank you for all your help, Lucy!

Dr Rahman was really professional and thorough with a very reassuring bedside manner. He assessed my upper GI symptoms, ordered appropriate tests and has presented me with an analysis of the results and a treatment plan in a timely fashion. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommended him an an extremely experienced specialised Gastroenterologist.

For years my father struggled with diabetes and an unhealthy relationship with food, which resulted in increased medication over time and consequently a deep conviction that this was the only way down the line. Previous consultations with dietitians didn’t result in much success as their approach was deprivation based, lacked proper personalisation, and did not cater well for the human aspect. As a result, my father found it difficult to accept and adapt. Dr Filip’s approach, however, was totally different. His sessions are very educational and strategy based which empowered us to navigate the challenging tides of adaptation with renewed hope, clarity, and confidence. Throughout the sessions Dr Filip focused on clearing misconceptions and providing a methodical approach on how and when to prepare and consume meals. All questions were welcome - no question was treated lightly or seen silly, and delicate questions were answered with a highly valued level of detail, care and compassion. Beyond meals, Dr Filip gave keen attention to understanding daily routines and lifestyle and used these to tailor a realistic overall health plan, setting manageable objectives with highest impact one step at a time. Before signing up with Dr Filip, we were hesitant that this would bear fruit. My father is now well into his fourth month since starting the programme, and we haven’t seen him this disciplined before. What I love most is that Dr Filip built good rapport with my father which resulted in him accepting advice and consistently showing up for the sessions, which are conveniently offered to us remotely. Very thankfully, we are already seeing positive results and hope to be able to reduce medication in a few months’ time. We are very blessed to have Dr Filip and we personally highly recommend him for quality care and support.

Caroline shares up to date sciences findings, which is important to me; she also shares documents I can use and keep, to later on refer to if needed. Those dociments are on what she explained to me and helped me manage and stabilise my symptoms. after each session, I received a summary of what we had decided my next step would be Beyond her solid knowledge, Carolineis a lovely person, with whom it is very easy to communicate. I am so glad I have been working with her as it changes my daily life :)

It is clear that Maja has a lot of experience and truly comes across as caring personally for the patient. We are very lucky to have found her as a dietician.

Raquel and her team are wonderful. Patient engagement and satisfaction is very high and as a clinician who refers patients to her, I see the benefits of her work.
