Nicky is amazing and has really helped me realise some bad habits that I have obtained over the years. She is kind and compassionate and not at all judgemental. Caroline shares up to date sciences findings, which is important to me; she also shares documents I can use and keep, to later on refer to if needed. Those dociments are on what she explained to me and helped me manage and stabilise my symptoms. after each session, I received a summary of what we had decided my next step would be Beyond her solid knowledge, Carolineis a lovely person, with whom it is very easy to communicate. I am so glad I have been working with her as it changes my daily life :)
