After spraining my ankle I went into a bit of a rut by not exercising and also developed some really poor eating habits. I felt like I had fully let myself go. In the 6 months that I’ve worked with Danny, I have lost 13kg and have completely transformed my exercise and nutrition habits as well as my mindset. I’ve enjoyed pretty much the whole program from start to finish but the best part has probably been just learning from Danny. He is so knowledgable around nutrition and it’s been great to see my knowledge grow from week to week as he teaches you so much along the way. Ms Faby is very approachable, takes the time to get to know your dietary habits, medical history and anything that could have an impact on nutrition. Subsequently, she was swift at submitting an action plan with options and was professional with her follow up. Her input was a great boost to suppress snacking. I achieved my goal without any internal struggle.

Speaking with Tai was great. She is calmly spoken but very knowledgeable and breaks things down in a very easy to understand manner.
