I met with Gary for the first time today who I found to be incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He meticulously checked my leg muscles and it was particularly helpful when he talked me through what the doctors had diagnosed and the reasons why I was experiencing the pain in my knees. Gary also explained and showed me the first set of exercises he was putting forward to enable me to move forward with recovery.

After an initial hands on assessment Gus proceeded to make a plan that included dry needling, massage, strength and plyometrics. Within about 8-10 weeks I was running without pain and continued to see Gus for support while building my training back up to pre-injury levels. I am now running weekly half marathons pain free.
