Lauren Peacock is a highly experienced Hand & Wrist Specialist Physiotherapist with over 15 years of clinical practice. With a decade spent in the NHS followed by five years in private practice, Lauren has developed expertise in managing a wide spectrum of conditions affecting the hands and wrists. This includes soft tissue injuries, fractures, long-term conditions, and post-surgical rehabilitation.

Currently serving as the Head of the Hand & Wrist Physiotherapy department at Pure Sports Medicine, Lauren operates from the Moorgate clinic on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. 

Lauren's specialist interests extend beyond hands and wrists to include Hand Therapy and Pilates, reflecting her holistic approach to rehabilitation. Outside of work, she maintains an active lifestyle with interests in netball, crossfit, and snowboarding.

Her extensive professional journey includes roles as a Hand Specialist Physiotherapist at Spire Wellesley Hospital and a Specialist Hand Therapist at Southend University Hospital. With 15 years of hands-on experience in treating hands and wrists, combined with her training in APPI Pilates, Lauren brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice.
