The Portland Hospital gave me a first-class experience as a patient. My surgeon was exceptional, as was the anaesthetist. The care immediately pre- and post- op was the best possible. The nurses were wonderful: friendly, expert and highly attentive while also allowing some privacy as required. They could not have given me better care in any way. The hospital itself was a remarkably pleasant environment - my room and the whole ward was calm, well-designed and spotless. The food was very good indeed and the ambience was everything I had hoped for. I felt I was in the best possible place and my surgery there has had an excellent outcome.

Splitting the cost into two payments for each assessment made it much more manageable for me financially. From the start, the person handling emails was incredibly polite and helpful. They provided comprehensive information without overwhelming me and always responded in a timely manner. This level of service was consistent and reassuring throughout my experience. After my session, I had a clear understanding of my ADHD diagnosis, what to do next, and a rough timeline.
