As soon as my daughter met Professor Bruce she wasn’t nervous and fully understand what was going to happen and why. On the day of her tonsillectomy he talked to us all ensuring we understand the next steps and my daughter was totally comfortable, the procedure and after care was wonderful and she is already almost fully recovered .
