The whole process from start to finish with Mr Pieri was seamless. I felt he carefully listened to my exact needs and ensured he fully understood what my priorities were. I found him to be extremely approachable and was available to contact over text easily to answer any questions. I had absolutely no concerns on the day of my surgery as Mr Pieri walked me through each step. I am over the moon with my results and could not have wished for better. My confidence has hugely improved and I feel so much happier with my appearance.

Mr Critchley has a way of explaining things in such a positive manner even when having to deliver anything negative. His manner has allowed me to ask the right questions so that I understand everything so that I can make an informed decision. I can honestly say he has helped me stay positive while dealing with my cancer diagnosis.
