He was friendly. Doctors usually speak only to parents. But doctor Sinha was kind and explained about my health directly to me.

I am very pleased with the treatment and after care received from Mr Bonanomi. he is very professional but at the same time has excellent people skills. Before the surgery he took time to explain everything, properly arranging everything from the pre op consultations to post op consultations in a very organised manner. A very skilled surgeon who preformed my complexed surgery successfully. I could not have asked for a better surgeon. I felt that he actually listened to my fears and treated me as a patient should be treated which in my experience with very qualified surgeons is a rarity.

My gallbladder was full of stones and needed to be removed to reduce risk of pancreatitis. AXA had referred me yet again to a consultant who was not a surgeon. I would have had to call AXA and have another appointment with a surgeon but Dr Vasilikostas fitted me in after his clinic finished and scheduled me for surgery within two weeks. He was kind, reassuring and professional.

I found Professor Humadi totally attentive, compassionate, professional and considerate to my plight and needs. I never had any doubts to his immense talents and now with hindsight I am very grateful that it was him, Professor Humadi who had been selected to deal with me. Dr Rajas been brilliant. Only downside was after operation I wasnt seen to by Dr Raja who I appreciate was runninv around 90mins/2hrs behind but the hospital staff were able to tell me what I actually had done
