He took the time to care for her after complications from surgeries he hadn't done himself, to arrange scans on weekends and also to help us (her daughter and son), with phone calls and information after normal business hours. Intrusive, bossy, short in his manner. Insisted on another in-person follow up. Felt entitled to criticize (my moderate) alcohol intake and put notes on this in my medical letter: I was there to check a hernia tear, not get a moralistic lecture. I urge Mr Wan to reconsider his position as a service provider and also work on his communication skills and bedside manner.
