My initial appointment was cancelled for the sit down scanner. It was rescheduled for the open MRI scanner as I could lie down. I would have waited until October for the sit down scanner so opted for an earlier appointment for the open scanner. I just about coped with it in terms of claustrophobia. The staff made it bearable. Great staff. Everything explained. Friendly. Polite. Efficient.

I was a day patient and every part of my stay was excellent

Very good today and good receptionist . There have been a couple of times when the young receptionist on the 15th Floor hadn’t entered my appointment time in and I’d made two journeys for nothing as when I got there they hadn’t been written down but luckily the last time it was the regular young lady and she’s on the ball so it was all fine .
