I found working with a specialist to be incredibly helpful. Although my sessions covered lots of more general issues (eg work, family, social relationships), the core understanding of eating disorders and body image issues was an essential foundation from which those topics could be explored in depth.

The food should be a lot better especially breakfast as all we get is eggs and beans every day need better choice And more snacks throughout the day And should replace the cornflakes with Frosties. Staff are very good and this is the best place to come and get better for sure
