The Portland Hospital gave me a first-class experience as a patient. My surgeon was exceptional, as was the anaesthetist. The care immediately pre- and post- op was the best possible. The nurses were wonderful: friendly, expert and highly attentive while also allowing some privacy as required. They could not have given me better care in any way. The hospital itself was a remarkably pleasant environment - my room and the whole ward was calm, well-designed and spotless. The food was very good indeed and the ambience was everything I had hoped for. I felt I was in the best possible place and my surgery there has had an excellent outcome.

Dr East listened to what my issues were with my nose, having had it broken on two previous occasions. It was deviated to the left and was slightly blocked on one side. I could not be happier with the result. My nose character is as if my nose was never broken all those years ago, which was something I asked to try and achieve. Same nose but perfectly straight.
