Mr Lunawat was a good listener & understood my three concerns which he addressed in turn. His manner was very professional and is a good communicator. Following the examination he explained his diagnosis to be - & my younger son - descrobed the next steps. Mr Lunawat then said he would arrange for an early further appointment, which he did, enabling me to o on holiday a few days later.

I was prescribed Uromune as a vaccine. What a lifeline - this vaccine has changed my life and I haven't had an infection since taking it. I am so relieved. I wasn't sure the impact would be so significant but I feel utter relief having broken a terrible cycle. Should I get another infection, I wouldn't hesitate to book another appointment. I am so grateful for Dr Andrich's support and help.
