Professional, super slick, super clean and friendly

The hospital is clean, not too crowded. However, seems like there’s either no AC or it was broken, so it was quite hot. Most of the staff were professional and nice.

Good experience, the receptionist was friendly and helpful.

The experience was good but the waiting time is more. I had to leave my newborn at home.

I was treated at the sloane hospital as part of the circle group. They were absolutely wonderful.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

All very smooth and efficient

Absolutely fabulous , from the front line staff all the way through to the clinicians. A wonderful experience cannot fault it.
