It's difficult to find bed and short of staff However ,I never felt forgotten nurses chase me everywhere to make sure I'm ok. Found a bed 3.30 in the morning consultant did the best complete the surgery despite their busy schedule work. At nearly 80 years of age, I was nervous about having a hernia operation. However, Mr Menenzes put me at ease with his friendly, empathetic matter and clear explanation of the procedure. I made a quick recovery with minimum discomfort which I attribute to Mr Menenzes's skill as a surgeon and the excellent care I received from the nursing staff at the Nuffield Hospital in Woking. I cannot thank Mr Menenzes enough for taking such excellent care of me.
