A very professional centre, staff are very professional

Overall good; one member of staff was a little lax and missed a medication directive (anti emetic)

Getting to the lifts is always a problem as the ground floor is always very crowded. Once I arrived on the 15th floor there was an air of calm. Everything looked well scrubbed and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Follow up report not supplied. Not what was expected. Unable to inform local GP of outcome. Not good value for private practice. Would expect much better. Have been patient at this clinic for over 20 years and am disappointed at this situation which has arisen under new consultant!!!

Fertility team are very accomodating and kind. The atmosphere and services in the clinic is superb. I would highly recommend this clinic to my friends and colleagues.
