I had a great experience at the Kensington Wing. All the staff from the receptionists to the nurses, midwives and doctors were couldn’t have been more patient oriented or attentive.

I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

Very calm and reassuring atmosphere where every member of staff from the cleaner to the consultant was polite and helpful.

It just seemed like a clean and very efficient environment. There was never any sense of panic, or rush but things happened smoothly and on time. Reception is very efficient.

Parkside Hospital, now Nuffield Health Parkside has been my local hospital for many years and I have always found it extremely efficient.
