Very polite and understanding

Mr Nama has been amazing since our initial consultation. I went in swiftly within a week for a routine procedure, which led to something further & Mr Nama kept me 100% updated & reassured throughout the process. I felt I was in 100% safe hands and he and his team were amazing - follow up even the day after has been exemplary and I have been given full explanation of next stages etc.

I had a really great experience with Giulia when I was pregnant. She is really patient and explains exactly what she is doing or going to do. I had a lot of back pain because of the weight of the baby and she helped me a lot. I will continue to be treated by her after pregnancy and I will also bring my baby boy as I want him to be treated by her after the labour. I must say that I suggest her help to anyone, pregnant or not!!

Very friendly and lovely person

Miss Adib is possibly the most approachable and sensitive medics that I have ever had dealings with. Her professionalism, coupled with a deep understanding of her specialisation, is extremely reassuring. I had a Mona Lisa Smile treatment. Miss Adib gently explained every step of the process and carried out the procedure. There were three sessions which each took in the region of 5/7 mins, spaced over three months. The procedure has had an extremely positive effect on my life and general wellbeing. I can sneeze and laugh without crossing my legs, which is such a massive improvement with something that I had simply leant to live with. I had stopped running due to leakages, but last weekend I played 3 sets of tennis with my family, I felt secure and relaxed throughout, and enjoyed it enormously. I cannot thank Miss Adib enough for improving my quality of life so much. I cannot understand why all women in their 50/60 /70s don't have this treatment. I will be back each year now for the annual one off procedure. Additionally, I am also now being guided through taking BHRT by Miss Adib. My approach is why 'put up' with all these restrictive 'things' which we encounter as we get older if we don't have to. I am so happy to have met Miss Adib and would recommend her unreservedly to all.

Good, but disappointed I didn’t get follow up after surgery

My experiences of George have been nothing but exceptional. From his kind bedside manner to his patience in explaining my options, right through to and most importantly perhaps to his surgical abilities. I had “quality of life” surgery, which always feels like a gamble, but I am delighted with the outcome and feel very lucky to have George to take me through it.

I recently had a consultation and scan with Dr Bhushan. He was extremely helpful, caring and showed empathy to what I was going through. He called me after one week to check on how i was doing. Thank you so much.

Very pleasant, experienced, honest and direct. The only feedback I have is I left the appointment ‘unsure’ (referring to consultation appointment). But then I was told that all would be explained in my pre-assessment after.

Ms Sharma was very friendly and patiently explaining my result for me. She did the checks very gently and made me feel very respected. She managed to do checks and consultation within appointment time and the whole experience was very pleasant.
