Mr. Jonathan Noël is the best doctor ever! I have never met a doctor with so much medical knowledge & patient’s empathy in my life + together with Dr. Chan (with experience in open prostectomy surgery in Australia) they reassured me of the robotic prostectomy’s success, despite my previous surgery from a raptured appendix with possible complications from abdominal adhesions, that they’d make sure I was properly treated & my deepest thanks goes to both of them great caring doctors who chose to care for me as a human being & my concerns when they could have easily ignored me because I’m Black. He listened to me, he educated me & then he guided me to the best informed medical decision I have ever made, when I was medically so vulnerable & so afraid, since my father also died from the same condition. The whole medical team was first class, from pre-theatre admission to pre-discharge nursing. He literally took my hand, with so much love & so much compassion, and then he guided me over the finish line, when I was so desperate & at the lowest point in my life, having been a very professional architect for over 30 years who was always in charge & in full control of some of the the richest & most powerful people in the world BUT for once I felt overwhelmed & completely confused as a very accomplished Black Man in a predominately white UK. I believe he’d have done the same for anyone regardless of their social class or race because he cares about his patients regardless of their race or social status. My initial doctor made me feel dismissed & undervalued as a Black Man BUT Dr. Noel made me feel valued as a human being in the NHS. THANK YOU & THANK YOU SO MUCH! Singa

Mr Malde took the time to listen to my history and answer my questions thoroughly and carefully. His recommendations took into account my requests and preferences. Highly recommend.

Professor Rajan provided excellent care, treatment and explanation during the diagnosis of my prostate cancer. He acted very promptly to perform my biopsy, arrange a PET scan and ensure a referral without delay to the oncologist. Professor Rajan was exceptionally helpful, calling me in his own time to make me aware of the PET results and provide reassurance. I could not have asked for better.

Mr Lunawat was a good listener & understood my three concerns which he addressed in turn. His manner was very professional and is a good communicator. Following the examination he explained his diagnosis to be - & my younger son - descrobed the next steps. Mr Lunawat then said he would arrange for an early further appointment, which he did, enabling me to o on holiday a few days later.
